LUNCH MEETING OFFERINGS

The Cold Sandwich Buffet -$10.99 per person: Includes an assortment of sliced ham, turkey
and roast beef, Cole slaw, lettuce, tomato, Swiss and cheddar cheeses, mayonnaise, fresh
Kaiser rolls, pickles, assorted cookies, and house made chips.

The Soup & Sandwich Buffet- $11.99 per person: Includes an assortment of sliced ham,
turkey, and roast beef, lettuce, tomato, Swiss and cheddar cheeses, mayonnaise, assorted
breads, pickles, one cream soup and one broth soup, assorted cookies, and house made chips.

The Healthy Choice Salad Buffet-$11.99 per person: includes our fresh tossed salad with
tomatoes, croutons, and French, Ranch and Thousand Island dressings, your choice of either
homemade chicken or tuna salad with mini sandwich rolls.

The Wisconsin Classic Picnic Buffet- $11.99 per person: Includes your choice of two of the
following meat selections: Hamburgers, brats, sloppy joes, Italian sausage, or hot dogs, with
fresh buns. Along with potato salad, baked beans and fresh fruit bowl and a fresh veggie tray
with ranch dressing.

The Build Your Own Taco Buffet- $11.99 per person: Build your own tacos, beef and
chicken, with diced tomatoes, onions black olives, shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream your
choice of either hard or soft shell tacos, refried beans and Mexican rice, assorted cookies.

The Hot Sandwich Buffet- $11.99 per person: Includes your choice of two of the following
meat selections: Hot beef, bbq beef, roast pork, bbq chicken, sliced ham or sliced turkey, fresh
Kaiser rolls, baked beans, cole slaw, Italian pasta salad, pickles, assorted cookies, and house
made chips. You can up-grade one of the two meats to prime rib for an addition $3.00 per
person.

dressing, assorted rolls and butter, your choice of 1 salad option, 1 starch option, 1 vegetable
option , 1 meat option, and 1 dessert option.

The B&B Deluxe Dinner Buffet-15.99 per person: Includes a fresh veggie tray with ranch
dressing, assorted rolls and butter, your choice of 1 salad option, 1 starch option, 1 vegetable
option, 2 meat options, and 1 dessert option.

The B&B Premium Dinner Buffet- 18.99 per person: Includes a fresh veggie tray with ranch
dressing, assorted rolls and butter, your choice of 1 Salad option, 1 starch option, 2 vegetable
options, 3 meat options, and 1 dessert option.

Children’s buffet menu options

Minimum of 25 children. Children’s Buffet items are intended for attendees under the age of 12, attending either a plated or buffet event. The guaranteed head count for the children’s buffet must also be supplied two weeks prior to the event.

The B&B Children’s Muncher Buffet $8.99 per person: Includes mini corn dogs, shaped chicken tenders, macaroni and cheese, assorted cookies and milk.

 All prices subject to Wisconsin Sales Tax of 5.5%
 A firm head count is required to B&B Hitching Post two weeks prior to any event.
 A 50% deposit fee is required within three to five days of booking with the balance due the day of the event.
 25 person minimum for all above options to avoid any additional service charges.
 For plated meals or waitress service, add $40.00 per waitress per 50 persons.
